In the course of a succession plan, we are looking for a motivated and (desirable) experienced

Sales and applicationengineer (m/f/d)

for the distribution of our products in the field of reactive power compensation products.

Your tasks:

  • Sales of FRAKO products with a focus on reactive current compensation products to our customers and partners in Southeast Asia and China. This also includes the search for new customers, first contact, offer, negotiation, order.
  • Presence in the market, independent customer acquisition and support, also on site.
  • Continuous analysis of the market and competitors situation.
  • Develop, design and discuss goal-oriented marketing measures internally with the business/sales management and implement them externally with the regional partners.
  • Development of system solutions with our customers.
  • Professional support of our local sales partners.
  • Presentation of FRAKO products directly to customer's and at exhibitions.
  • Conduct sales negotiations and deals in consultation with the business/sales management.
  • Initiate and monitor order processing.
  • Conduct product training with our customers.
  • On a later stage a base in the region is not excluded.

You are characterized by:

  • At least university studies with a technical or commercial background.
  • Ideal would be professional experience, preferably in the distribution of capital goods.
    But we also offer newcomers a chance.
  • Good general knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, metrology as well as knowledge with MS Office applications.
  • Communication skills, teamwork as usual as independent work.
  • Safe appearance through professional competence and solution orientation in dealing with customers.
  • Rapid understanding, innovative, determined, well-organized and cost-conscious action.
  • Language skills: Chinese (Mandarin) as a native language, German and English
